Born in the New Jersey, Meadowlands area, Scott lived and traveled during his personal, coaching, military, and professional career spanning 30 states and 13 countries.

He began his professional career in telecommunications, and expanded that into Financial Technology (FinTech), supported by broad industry experience to include Banking and Credit Union (SaaS), Insurance (SaaS), Automotive Retail and Finance, Payments (Credit, Debit, ACH, and RTP), and Marketing Technology (MarTech).

Skilled in Strategy, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Product Development, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations. Scott holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Administration from Northwood University. He is recognized as a change agent and growth accelerator.

He’s effective in implementing organizational alignment through processes, systems, and leadership accountability (KPIs) designed to measure and continually enhance team development and organizational performance. A balance between improving revenue and profitability, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, are seen as key drivers for healthy growth and organizational success.

Scott enjoys spending his spare time building his skills (and patience) playing golf with people of all skill levels, mountain biking, traveling, and riding motorcycles.
